When you send a project enquiry through the contact form, we collect the details you enter:

• your name and work email address;
• the service you are interested in and your project description;
• optionally, your organisation name, phone number, approximate budget and expected timeline, if you choose to provide them.

To limit automated and repeated submissions, our servers briefly process the network address of the device sending the form. We do not store it with your enquiry. Like most websites, our hosting provider may also keep standard technical server logs.

How we use your information

We use your enquiry only to understand your request and to reply to you, including to discuss a possible project. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who receives it

Your enquiry is delivered to our enquiry inbox or system. We use service providers to host this website and to deliver messages. They handle information only to provide those services.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include third-party tracking scripts. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where it is required.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting work, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Use the contact form to make a request, mentioning “privacy request”, and we will respond.
